You must fill out your entry by 22/10/11 to enter the draw for this competition.

Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is free (excluding Internet connection charges). Entry is open to all Australian residents.

The competition commences on 9 September 2011 and closes at midnight (ASET) on 22 October 2011. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.

The winner will be drawn on 25/10/11 at 10:00 am AEST. The winner will be notified when the competition has been drawn. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name for publicity purposes. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on behalf of the winner if the promoter so elects.

One (1) winner will be drawn. Total prize pool valued at $3600.00

Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration or non-receipt of entrant's communications. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or any failure of any internet communication to be received by the Promoter.
